Data Deletion Instructions

Logitron Data Sync copies leads submitted through Facebook and Instagram lead ad forms into a business’s database workspace. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

If you submitted a lead form

1. Email riki.kusnadi@logitron.my.id with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Include the email address or phone number you used on the form, the approximate date, and the name of the business or Page whose form you filled in.
3. We will confirm your request, delete the matching lead records from our database, and reply when it is done, within 30 days.

If you are a Page administrator who connected the app

1. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy > Settings > Business Integrations, select Logitron Data Sync and choose Remove. This immediately stops the Service from receiving new leads.
2. To have the data we already hold deleted, email riki.kusnadi@logitron.my.id from the address registered to your workspace, naming the Page. We delete the stored access token for the Page and, on request, its lead data and event logs, within 30 days.
